Yum! I bet almost everyone who grew up in Hawaii is salivating right now. However, I still don't know how those guys in the Spam eating contests can stomach that gelatinous goo that covers the Spam in the can. Mine has to be clean and cooked!

Hmm, spam fried rice sounds interesting. Can't beat spam and rice wrapped with seaweed and seasoned with soy sauce, though.
