And only because of a tiny lil' change -- refit the original Brinkmann reflector, cut down at the back until an 11/32" drill bit was a tight twist-fit in the hole. Now mine makes over 2,000 lux on the meter with a nice tight spot and traditional reflector sidespill. The best part? It's focusable.

Please don't e-mail me - you'll have to do this one yourself because:

1) I have no spare reflectors (see DarkZero, the MiniMag ones will work near as well although I believe the Brink's is a little deeper)

2) VIP project is simply taking ALL my free time lately

3) any self-respecting Flashoholic should have access to sandpaper and 11/32" drill bits...
