That's quite an overclock! Do you use any watercooling?

My 2000+ (don't laugh /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif) is running at stock because of my lack of ability to even buy a decent CPU fan at the moment.

celeron 300a@504 24/7 for 5 years.
still stable.sold it to a friend last year and he runs photoshop all day on it without a hitch.
2x p!!! 600@800 in a vp6 24/7 3 years.i recapped it when i got it and have never seen a freeze or bsod in win2k
the other 3 boxes are serverworks chipset duallies that dont have overclocking options.
but who needs it with 2x p!!! 1.4 with 512k cache and u320 raid5?

2Ghz AMD here, 133mhz FSB, ATI Radeon 7000 series dual-head with a coupl'a different video input cards. No overclocking here as I'm not a gamer; I just need it for video stuff, and the speed is fairly adequate as-is. AMDs run hot anyway, so I prefer to keep them calm and content.

I have XP pro, and a few large hard drives waiting to be installed.

I hope I won't need overclocking. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif I'll be doing some video work as well. Hopefully this will leave me some room to upgrade.

if heavy video work - id go for a Gig of ram.

I'm definately getting more ram, I had a very tight budget and this combo was all I could afford at the time. When I get a few extra bucks I'll get a 1 gig chip so I'll have a gig and a half ram. The MoBo can handle 3 gigs total.
