20 red keychain LEDs for $11.97

I just got the new catalog from www.sportsmensguide.com and saw these keychain LEDs... cheap as can be, probably POS but at around $.60 apiece I though someone here might want to run the risk just to play with them.

Looks like an indicator LED in that thing - I've yet to see a colored-resin LED that emits enough light to qualify as an illuminator.
