i can afford the LSH for about $100. im growing to like the high dome with nx05.

does the LSH come with a nxo5? can the optics be changed?

lastly: anyone with the LSH (not P), is the color good and white?

thanks a bunch,

LSH has the NX05. I have a standard and the color is excellent. I've never heard anyone comment on bad color for an ARC HD. The main difference in a standard and premium is the brightness.

The optics can be changed, but it's questionable how difficult it will be. Some of the retaining rings are very difficult to remove. The NX05 is better for general use than the LP Fraen anyway.

Yes, it's a NX05.

Yes they can be changed, but it's not as easy as some lights.

I have had two LSH-S and the color was white. The high domes have more consistent color than low domes. I also have 6 LSH-Ps, 1 LSHF-P, 3 LSL-S, 1 LSL-P to compare them to, don't worry the LSH-Ss are nice.

It should be noted that the LSH was never marketed or intented to be a user-serviceable light, with the exception of the Kroll switch. Many have quite nicely done so, however it not for the normal-Joe.
