Sold/Expired request: custom arc AA two stage 1w luxeon

apologies in advance if this is placed in the wrong section but I could not figure out where to put this. Basically I was interested if the flashlight described above is possible to make. and what the cost would be? i would like the two stage to work like the following. (from off position) slight twist = arc aa brightness, full twist full brightness. I was also wondering what the general runtime would be at full brightness?

edit: Also, it is essential that the final product remain waterproof.

It seems what you're looking for almost exactly fits the description of the FireFly with the two stage switch. It's almost the same size as the Arc AA, the only difference is it uses 123A batteries instead of AA's. Is it imperative that you use AAs? Price of the FireFly is around 120 ~ 140 ish. I'm just thinking that this option might be cheaper, easier, and brighter than a modded Arc AA. Oh, and I think it's depth rated at 2 feet, but I'm sure it'd be fine deeper than that...
