1W MW1C \"R\" LEDs - anyone saw such yet ?

I should have some small quantity of MW1C "batwing" 1W star LEDs on hand next week, bins R2Jx6, R2Hx1 and R3Jx1 and am thinking what do with them - does anyone has experience with "R" batwings yet - at least centering should be less critical with them /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Any comments appreciated, might also part with some

On a semi-LD related note, has anyone gotten the new LD's that use the EOS phosphur technique? That would be usefull in stuff like McFloods or halfspheres that need the LD for focusing, but you wouldn't get the yellow/purple center/ring..
