Please do not order any flashlights from Vicomptel. I ordered a ARC-AAA in Jan. They took my money. Guess what? No flashlight, no money, no answer to any e-mails or messages sent to there web site. Tried phoning and got no-where. This is not an isolated incident. I have seen others messages from various people who have also been ripped off!
P.S. there's even a message on another thread saying that Vicomptel had an agreement with ARC to handle all their international shipping!!!
