I don't live in NY but I'll throw in my 2 cents.
I assume you are looking for a service to forward to you? If so you'd probably have to go with a private service, so not PO. Are you looking to start a business?

Thanks Wits'end. I just want to get a PO box as a delivery address for things I buy in the states. I live in HK, but since I'm an aircrew I always go to US places such as New York. So if it's not too expensive, I want to get a PO box there and collect my goods everytime I go there.

Private delivery services are prohibited from delivering to PO boxes. If you need to get parcels from FedEx, UPS, etc. you can get a private mailbox at a place like Mailboxes Etc. They will recieve and sign for packages from any delivery service and hold them for you.
