Inova AAA, good or bad idea?

I was wondering if Inova would make a single AAA light like the sonic or arc without getting hit with lawsuits. Their body design is real cool.

There are Inova knockoffs selling right now, 3 LED 1 AAA and 5 LED 1 AA. Check out the other thread in this forum to preorder one.
