woohoo its cool and it is legal.cool bands that ya may never heard of are trying to get there music out.the site is ran by download.com i belive and it is very cool if ya search for a artist and they dont have it they will give ya alternive bands that may sound like them.if ya like there music maybe by there cd here is the link
