Has anyone successfully incorporated a reflector into one of the Blaster series flashlights? im looking for a rather easy swap/minimal modding.

Does your's use a star or bare emitter? If it's the emitter, then you could use one of the new ones wayne is selling and glue it to the sink, or maybe even a PR.

well the only blaster series light i have left is my Blaster Jr. and im sure it probably has a star. im considering now either getting a Blaster 3P or a new Hyper Blaster so we'll see.

what type of glue would be best?

I'd just put 2 small dabs of epoxy. That way there's no solvents or outgasses that might mess up the luxeon or reflector from superglue or solvent glues. Star might work, but the way it fits around the emitter it might have to be cut/sanded down to fit down over it best.
