LSH still water resistant with AA tail pack?

I've just been out on my bike in the rain for an hour (dont ask) and mounted my LSH with AA pack on the handle bars with one of the nite-eyes rubber johny thingies /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

After getting back I realised that the kroll switch does not have an O ring seal.

Is it likely to let in water in this use?

hmm, that is true that the kroll does not have an o ring seal, but the whole kroll boot is a seal all in itself. It is rubber, so it should perform about as well as an o ring as long as you get the whole rubber part on the screw part to screw inside the whole threaded part of the pack (confusing? hopefully no /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif )
Ah ya, make sure also that your kroll does not have any hole in it (might result from teeth's bite /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif )
