Peter posted a couple of weeks ago he'd make 10 available soon but then the $@#! hit the fan and I haven't heard any more on them.

Arc has recently been hit by a few distractions, such as being sent substandard parts (so AAAs would fail to turn on every so often) and anodizing problems (causing "tiger stripes" on LSs), to mention two. Perusing the posts of the last month will easily get you up to speed. But as PG mentioned in one of his posts, the problems are being solved one by one.
