Does anyone make a 1 cell (1.5v) LED replacement bulb? I prefer a flange base but I can probably make other types work. This is for a AA flashlight application so I'm not sure a large circuit like Linverter will work.

This may not be what you are looking for, but I believe the EverLED is supposed to work on one cell, although not necessarily at max brightness.

I have 2 Everled drop ins.
They do lose brightness and heat at anything less than 3.5 volts.
At 1.5 volts, They make you wonder why you paid $40 a piece for them.
A step-up dc-dc inverter, and several t5 leds may be the better answer.
Good luck.

If you only need one or two for personal use, I can custom-build one for you. With a reasonable lens or reflector, you will be able to get near Arc LS level of brightness.
