appreciate any comments / suggestions on diameter and thickness sizes for 3 led moded reflector heads i am planned to swap out the NXO5 optic and use an inexpensive mineral glass lens to protect the led.
first up is the arc LS rev 1 series, next is the 2 AA brinkman and third is the 2 AA minimag. seems the brink and mag are very close in diameter and I've heard the brinkman is slightly smaller in diameter. [ so the brink size may fit the mag ]
another dimension i seek is thickness, what is generally standard?
for use in the arc what is the thinnest thickness I could use. i plan to buy a couple for each series as I've had good results by hand modifying cut down reflectors and swapping out the optics but I need to protect the led and cut down the dust and crud from collecting down onto the reflector.
