EverLED in Mag 2C 3X123

Has anyone tried an EverLED in a Mag 2c with a 3X123 mod? I am tired of blowing KPR112's and thought the EverLED might make a good replacement.

Yes, I have done this and is little scary because 3x123 will give you voltage that is on boarder line of EverLED.
BTW EverLED has almost same brightness from 4.5 volt to 9 volt.

Looks like a 4 cell flashlight is the best bet for an Everled imho.
