Lots of CPF users are international, and though I won't FrencyLED name any names, various people Klaus routinely struggle to get stuff shipped to them.
I was just browsing Dansdata, and saw a reference to www.shopthestates.com, whose raison d'etre this is. You sign up with them, you give their address (customized for you) with your order, they ship the stuff on to you. Or so I infer having looked at the site for 15 seconds.
I have no idea how they are, or how expensive they are, but one of you enterprising lads could give them a try and report back.
