Question on lithium ion breakin?

I just received my strion. And I am wondering if the battery will gain
capacity like nicad and nimh?

I have found that li ions don't hold much charge the first time you charge them, but the 2nd and later times, they're pretty much at full capacity, just a slight increase if any after the 2nd.

I fully charge my Strion after got it and checked run time of 63 minutes. Second charge gave me 67 minutes. Not a big change.

Thanks for the replies. On my first charge
my strion ran 36 minutes. On the second
it ran 41 minutes. It makes me hopefull
that it will actually come up to spec.
