Anyone catch RENO911! yesterday? Best comedy since Seinfield, IMO!
Anyway, A visiting "bobby" from England was cross training with The Reno PD, and the Reno PD were making fun of him, because he carries a whistle and night stick, and no gun.
Well, there is a funny scene where the english bobby is "allowed" to hold "only" the Reno PD's flashlight while the Reno PD makes a traffic stop.
You have to see the rest, but trust me, it was very funny! (Don't want to ruin the humor!)
