Can you Mod my SF M3 ?

greetings
I work in a nightclub and my M3 (HOLA)lights the whole club, when I'd rather just illuminate 1 person from 50 feet away. Is the turbohead the only way?
Because I love the size of my flashlight now- and I need the HOLA for blinding purposes (last resort)...
