I was hoping for a supercharger (or nitrous) rather than a turbo. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well, I have a Stylus within easy reach, so maybe I ought to order one and see how well it does. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I have a stylus that I rarely use since getting an ARC AAA.

The head looks interesting.
I am curious what The LED Museum thinks of it.

When I receive and evaluate it, I'll definitely let you know via this thread. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I have a set of new Duracell Ultra AAAA alkaline cells handy that I'll install in the Stylus for the "before" and "after" photographs and measurements.

(Edit, 5:20pm PDT)
I installed the cells now so I won't forget or lose them before the "turbo head" comes in.

It slips on the front, and turns the Stylus' beam into a focused, perfectly round circle. The beam is identical to an Inova X1, but not as intense.

I received the Turbo Head earlier today. As soon as I finish another product evaluation, I'll at least get some "before" and "after" pictures and measurements here, and then add it to my existing Stylus page. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Wow

100 cd is really something; its brighter than the X1 !
The second photo shows some artifacts. Are they really there?

Now it looks like a regular flashlight /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif.
