Do you have a good suggestion for saving postage?

I am a newbie from Chinese. In these monthes, my products are interested by some CPFers, I am very glad with this,however, when they asked for samples, the postage problem is coming me. This is always a big headache for me.
For China to USA if by TNT, DHL express company costs around USD25 at beginning 0.5kg postage. This is higher than product charge.

Is there anyone have a good way to solve this question for me,please? Thanks in advance.

My brother in-law fills the empty space (if he has any) in his containers from China with samples--then ships/sells from the states.

Do you have anyone here (USA/Canada/Mexico) that can repackage/ship for you?

(USA/Canada/Mexico). I am a factory,post my products here
to find some customers here.

Setting up group buys is sometimes a good way to save on shipping. Instead of shipping to 50 individual customers that are overseas, you can ship everything to one person, who then ships out all of the items from within the US.

Kind of like a business partner, but it could just be a regular and trust-worthy CPFer.
