IMS reflectors and 5W LEDs - anyone tried yet ?

As we all know the NX-05 and Fraen LP doesn´t yield too satisfying results when used with LuxV LEDs - now with the new IMS reflectors theres a new player in town and I would be interested to learn what results were experienced so far with this combo - anyone tried this yet ?

Yes, I tried that combo on Longbow and the result is satisfactory to me. I put a shim between the reflector and LED to reduce the darkspot.

Any beamshots? Is that a 5W 1xcr123 config?

By how much did you space out the reflectors for the 5W ?

0.5mm. I cut a cardboard to donut shape. I've not tried other thickness so I don't think it's ideal.

I am using a 5W on 1x123 with the so17xa and besides a small donut hole which is not more important than the ones in SF KL-heads the beam is flawless.
BUT it is an almost complete flood light, more than the L4 is in fact, so beware if you want throw, the so17xa and 5W isn't your ticket.
