I'm looking for basically something like the one Mr. Bulk did with the Electronic Goldmine light in this thread --> here
But maybe a bowling pin or a modded Dorcy (this one ) would be good too. Needs to be able to run on NiMHs. I'm wanting a 3 watt but a decent 1 watt would be OK and I'd prefer a reflector over an optic but I'll entertain whatever ya got. The most important factor, though, is that I want it short. I'm not interested in a 3-AAA where the batteries are in a row. Let me know and thanks.

However, Mini LGI is a direct dirve light and It becomes much brighter/longer runtime than using 3aaa.
