Black Sun LED Flashlight

Just bought the 'Black Sun' 16 LED Flaslight! Wow it's bright for a non Luxeon Star light. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif Are the LEDs regulated? I've been trying to find a website that has the specifications on them, but I have been unsuccessful. Anybody with some info. (or a website) about them would be helpful. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
