Some time ago there was a post on CPF abut a guy who was making a lighting system for cars on the UK. The system had clusters of leds and it could change colors. On his site he had a video showing a car that had been outfitted with these and it had under body lighting as well as interior lighting that changed colors.
I hope someone else remember this and can point me in the right direction.
