if someone is interested here 2 beam comparison of this 3w light:
http://www.sharemation.com/orologiaiodc/3w-6p.jpg
this compared with a surefire 6p... the spot of the 6p is thight and very much more intense, the sidespill is quite the same in intesity but the one of the surefire is very much larger
http://www.sharemation.com/orologiaiodc/3w-mag.jpg
here compared to a 2,4v 0,75a krypton bulb in a mag reflector, the bulb is drived by 3 aa ni-mh batteries. the sidespill of the mag is very low and the spot can become very thight but it isn't useful...
finally, if the 6p output 65 lumens, the krypton bulb about 35, i can say that the nuwai can output about 40 lumens bacause is a bit brighter that the krypton bulb.
p.s.
i have try to run the nuwai with a single aa ni-mh cell and it go on but the output is very low... like a 4 5mm led
