Where the darkness used to be
I have very recently noticed that my E2e beam has developed a couple of brown spots out towards the edges. I am guessing that it is just the bulb burning out, but the question is how much longer do I have before I am pitched into darkness? I am looking into getting a LED replacement head, but have not done so yet. I know that I will, but just have to wait for the money to become available.....Please help? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif

It gets more momentary usage than steady on, but I've had it and been using/playing with it for a couple of months.

BTW, I did change out the batteries, and it didn't make any difference.

I have this too, there is a brown spot (looks likes it burned or something) on my LA.
I also use momentary the most.

It's always good to have a spare lamp.
If you get another, you can use the current one as a spare.

If you think the lamp is defective, I suggest you contact SureFire because it's useful for them to know this sort of feedback.
