I've had a few weeks to evaluate this light. I was initially very pleased with the knurling, fit, finish and such, and pleased that it puts out a hellva lot of lumens.
You know, those photon thingys, that make night browsing deer have heart attacks, and maybe bad guys too.
I was initially a tiny (I repeat tiny) bit displeased, that the 4C Tri-Star Phazer didn't focus to a SL TL-3 Xenon sharpness, but after much use; it simply DOESN'T need a sharp focus.
A more tactical switch would be nice. But minor niggling.
The biggy IS, lumens in spades, it'll light up the woods like a police helicopter.
The future is here, no burned out bulbs, long run time, and just lots of very WHITE light.
$ 129 something, it's a bargain... No, I don't work for Wayne.
My son-in- law, who before looked askance about my weird fascination for good lights, went bonkers over the TSP. Trying to talk me out of this one. NO way.
