Flashlight Enthusiast
This happened several weeks ago, but I am wondering if any of our modders have a newphew named Tim living in Southern California, in Orange County. I ask this because we had a class together at Cal State Fullerton, and we were talking about camping, and hiking, and he said his uncle customizes flashlights.
I was very suprised when he pulled out his minimag modded with a very green Luxeon. I couldn't tell who did it, but the LS was epoxied on there. That is the first time I seen a regular non CPF with a LS based light. It just so happens I had my very bright and very white L4 with me, and it pretty much blew him away.
It would be a very small world if Tim's uncle turned out to be one of our modders here at CPF.
