Sure, but has anyone actually contacted these people for current, up to date info? Umm, maybe they can get you USA 110/120v 50/60Hz charger made, or adapters, etc.
Umm, well Chinese Li-Ion batteries come in many flavors (quality, hype, capacity vs current capability) so 550ma at what discharge current? Are those pictures representative of the constantly changing targets of upgraded/rated capacities?
At 1mm larger in diameter and twice the length, we have a known product supplied by Korean giant LG, the 2400ma 18650 Li-Ion cell for $10, that is known to be able to supply 2C discharge or about 5A! Try that with R123s.
Best to contact them and find out, the prices are surely dirt cheap for min $200 order.
Then again, you might be able to get the 10430's, smallest of the small Li-Ion; from slavin4U in quantity for around $2 each in quantities of 100 or more, considering what they sell 100 or more of the 650ma 14430.
