rechargeable 123s and longbow micra ?

just a quick question for you guys - does anyone know if the longbow micra will handle Rechargeable 123's ? - they are 3.6v 600mah cells
also - will the SF L4 handle them ? -
i know that the regulators are supposed to bump battery voltage up/down - but will they work at 0.6v (LB micra) and 1.2v (SF L4) over the regular voltage ?

The regulaters on the lights you mention only *boost* the voltage, so depending on the vF of the Luxeon on your particular light there's a chance they will be running in direct drive. However, there has been reports from at least 1 CPF member that the Micra runs fine on the rechargable 123.

For the L4, i would recommend using a Pila 168s rechargable.
