Buzz Noise at Level 1 Brightness

Anyone noticed a buzz noise when the ARC4 is set to level 1 (brightest)? I can hear a slight buzzing noise coming from the regulator on my ARC4 ver2. Is this normal? or is the circuit is screaming for help?

I can hear a very low buzz from my rev1 on level 1 but I have to have the light right next to my ear to hear it. VERY low level.

This is called inductor hum. It is normal. There are other threads on the subject.

One of my Arc 4s makes a hum at level 11. I don't notice any noices on level 1 in any of my Arc 4s though. Maybe my hearing in that sound range is shot?
