saw them recently and looks tempting. Just don't have enough things to eat up 123's. What do these compare to (surefire, arc?) thanks

They are Nuwais. I'm not a fan but there have been some positive reports on Nuwai products. Nuwai uses mix and match flashlight components. Here is a Black Ice.

With the head and tail cap in mind here is the Nuwai AR-306:

Other than finish, exactly the same structural head and tail cap as the Black Ice.

With the barrel in mind here is the Nuwai Al-606:

So, the BlackIce shown is obviously a 306 head and tail cap with a 606 barrel with Black finish including the Browning logo and nice O rings.

For performance evaluation, an actual owner would have the best take.

Hope this was of some help.

I have one of the Browning 6V (2 x 123) lights with a Xenon bulb and 6 LEDs. It's very solidly made - a little on the heavy side. Pushing the button cycles between 3 LEDs, 6 LEDs and the Xenon. A very versatile light - I keep it in my car.
