I phoned them. They say that the imperfections are in the case....not the LEDs.
In that case.....IT IS A VERY GOOD BUY !

A very nice light. I had mine out last night for the first time in some months and was thinking how smooth and relatively white the beam is. That's a great deal for that price, heck, even for twice that price. I think I paid around $18 some time back.

Hmm. At $5 for the Attitude, and $12 for 4PK AAA lithiums, you can have a great emergency kit light for $17, batteries included.

NOOOOOOOOOO, so there are folks (non flashaholics, just a avarage Joe) want to buy this light (cuz it's DIRT cheap) but it is OOS (OUT OF STOCK) becuz of people like YOU /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif so they might have to go for a Mag, so they'll never dicover the wonderful WORLD of LEDs... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Here's another light they have, a Coastal Cutlery LED Light/Knife Combo. It's not meant as a flashlight, however, but lights up what you're cutting. I might be good as a small single LED light, but they're not marketing it as such.
