Hi all:
as you may have noticed, the so-called Assault Weapon Ban expired yeasterday, September 13th. It was a badly-conceived legislation and misuse of our nation's legislative process, and I am glad that it is done away with.

However, in California, the strict regulaitons still prevent law-biding, normal folks from owning collectable gems of art like the military issue M, AR, AK and so on types of rifles without using childish features like a fix magzine, as if that would prevent the criminal from obtaining full-auto rifles and sub-machine guns.

I urge all of you to write to your congressman and tell them what you think, whatever you believe in, but most important of all, speak your mind, make yourself heard. The assaul weapons ban was not about stopping crime, but merely gaining political points for the selected few Democratic politicians. I am a non-partisan person, but I make myself heard wherever I go.

Y'all have a cheerful Tuesday now, be safe out there.

Nick
