Tape switch for surefire G2?

Does surefire make a remote / tape switch for the g2 / 6p?

if not will the pelican tape switch work with the surefire G2?

No disrespect ment to surefire my "s" is out as well a s the third from last letter of the alphabet.

SF does not make a tape switch for the G2 that I'm aware of ( they want you to purchase a dedicated weapon light ). It is my understanding that the pelican switch will fit

Just to echo madecov: yup, the Pelican remote pressure switch works fine. I use it on a G2Z and my friend uses it on his G2. Doesn't match in terms of looks, of course.

also, I have a stock, as in non shock isolated G2 mounted on an ar-15, and after a few hundred rounds the light still works fine.

I bought a pelican switch. The cord is very short. Anyway thanks for the help, everyone.

If you get a classic TailCap part 11690-1
You can then put in tape pressure switch Sxx of cable length xx in whole inches.
