For one thing it is not a 123a light. It is designed to run on a Pila 150A Li-Ion battery, or a Pila 168A Li-Ion battery. It is special because of the 64 different brightness levels, multiple user interfaces, and the runtime it can get on high (80 minutes with a 150A battery, and brighter than the VIP on high).
