I want a light with two continuously adjustable tuners: one that moves the light through all output levels, from really dim to blindingly bright and another that moves the spot focus from a few degrees to as close to 180 as I can get. It would be nice to get a color tuner as well, but I know when to be realistic.
does a flashlight like this exist?

The first request isn't unreasonable, but true infinite adjustability is tough to find - potentiometers are prone to wearing out faster than switches.
Focusing... Maglight seems to think they own that concept and will threaten to sue the crap out of anyone that infringes on the concept. That's probably why Maglights are popular "hosts" for custom lights and 3rd-party LED dropins.

Not out to 180. But I seem to recall McGizmo dreaming up something of the sort, possibly without brightness control though, I can't really remember.
