ARC 4+ technical question

I consider myself very lucky that I could get a new ARC 4+ today. Everything is perfect so far, I noticed just one thing I would like an explanation for out of technical curiosity. .)

My ARC is set as follows: primary 3, secondary 7, force primary OFF, RFS ON

When I press and hold the button on lvl 3, the ARC goes to lvl 1. When I let go of the switch, it doesn't always return to lvl 3 at once, but with a slight delay (~200ms). This happens maybe 30% of the time.

This does not happen when I go to full power and back from lvl 7 or lvl 16. Is this normal? I would be very pleased if someone could check this with his ARC.

Any technical reason for this maybe?

mine does somthing similar... the lights were works in progress so all bugs were not sorted.

it could be just a bit of bleed time to the circuit to drain to the lower level.
