Dimmable LED flashlights like the Arc 4+ Premium?

I am in shock and total loss over Arc going out of business. I have and *love* their Arc 4+ Premium. I'm about afraid to even use it now. LOL! (deep fit of crying)

One of the things that made the Arc 4+ such a great EDC for me was the varying degrees of light it could create? It was dimmable.

Anyone know of other LED flashlights that are dimmable as well? Luxeons would be nice. Would be interested in non-Luxeons as well.

The Lionheart is being preordered on Custom & Mod B/S/T.

Understand that the appeal of the Arc4 was not wide enough to keep the company in business.

Just found this. As I stated in the initial post, I'm only interested in EDC. That is certainly not an EDC. ;-)

DSpeck's Fire~Fly should be your ticket then. Understand though that this one is not without problems.
also it is no longer in production and you might want to look in B/S/T.

depends also on you EDC-requirements. You'd be surprised about what some guys here carry on a daily basis ... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
If you mena small=EDC then it is Fire~Fly as the only light with a realistic chance of purchase.

EDIT: unless of course you'd like to wait for the not-yet-released HDS light which is basically an Arc4

it was sold in the DSpeck forum, but IMHO the run is over.
look at B/S/T to find one, should be easy, trhey pop up every few days.
But read some threads about it first (in DSpeck forum), it isn't 100% problem free.

Wow, this is damn pitiful. The only competition the Arc 4+ has is CPF mods?

Wow! Talk about lack of innovation. The death of Arc is to be mourned more and more each passing moment!!!!!!!!!!

the vip, Lionheart and aleph, dust the arc4 in my opinion. And I don't need an owners manual to operate them.

LedOrDie, you are new here, take the time to look at some of the forums mentioned above, you will be pleasingly suprised, the Arc has been surpassed in my opinion. My VIP has a runtime on low of over 60 hours and the rechargeable LionHeart from MrBulk will be an amazing light as well.

Once again, *where* do I get information on these lights and where can I buy them?

You mean like this:

http://www.candlepowerforums.com/ubbthreads/dosearch.php

I scanned through pages and pages of pages of discussion about the light but never could get a picture OR where to but it.

Too frustrating.
