Zelco Flexible Flashlight?

Does anyone own a flashlight like this? What's your impressions? Would you recommend it for map reading and note taking?

Yep, I have one, they aren't too bad a light however after about 3 sets of batteries through it the batery cover can come off easier. I do like the light, compact and useful, I received it as a gift a couple of years ago.
