Yup. Even regulated 100 nanosecond pulses to 100% duty cycle with full RGB color control to hold white to +/- 0.0025 on the CIE color chart, over a -55C to +85C range, utilizing low cost parts.

So yes it is very possible.

I would like to see some actual pictures,,
I am interested possibly buying a few..
this would be used for light show enhancement so the nano figure would be a tiny overkill..Now that you say RGB
what maybe 10(3+watt led`s) of each per fixture?
duty cycle would be heavy so maybe a muffin fan on heatsink.
powersupply would need to be incorperated.

Try 911ep or Whelen (TIR series) for Luxeon use in automotive emergency lights.
