Does that thing just snap into place on the front of a LS or do you hold it in place to narrow the beam?

You will have to hold it into place with a peice of heatshrink or a cap plug from autoparts or hardware store( HomeDepot).

Sorry for the followup question Tonyb, but is the OD of the lens the same diameter of an Arc LS?

I'm not sure what the exact diameter of an arc is, maybe someone with an arc can give us that dimension.
