You must have TP61 sockets to mount these bulbs. They are available for $5.05+shipping at www.bulbman.com. Their shipping is a tad expensive though($9). Hideo and vacuum3d might already be doing a little group buy of these sockets, so if you are interested in the 5 remaining 64623's but have no way of mounting them, you might want to PM them.

4 64440's sold for Hideo
4 64623's and 3 64440's sold to vacuum3d

So 5 64623's left.

I have some extra bulbs I need to sell from the Phoenix project. I have (9) 64623HLX's and (7) 64440's. All are unused, but a few might be opened to test the fitment inside our bulb mounts.

The specs are:
64623HLX: 100W 12V 2800lm GY6.35base longlife, I have tested and verified that it can be driven to 16.0V. I'm guessing that it makes around 7000lm from 170W at 16.0V.

64440: 50W 12V 930lm GY6.35base longlife, I have tested and verified that it can be driven to 19.7V. This bulb can be overdriven like crazy. I'm guessing it makes around 4000lm at around 100W and 19.7V.

I know Ginseng wants some /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'll do $4.25 shipped for each 64623HLX and $2.00 shipped for each 64440. Please send non-cc payment to [email protected], OR send cc payment + $0.35 to [email protected]

Nope. They are the normal 64440's. The IRC ones are like $12 or something. All of the 64440's are sold anyway.

Yep that's the right socket.

Vacuum3d, were you thinking that the bulbs I were selling were IRC's?

Thanks for the info. I'll place order in the morning.
To be honest with you, I never paid much attention to incand bulbs until just recently. Did I think you were selling IRC bulbs, no. I didn't even know the difference until JS pointed it out to me. Lots to learn. I tried to look for those IRC bulbs after I learned of it. Hard to find. Even when I found them, they don't have any in stock. Anyhow, these regular 64440 are bright too, right? I haven't seen any spec that shows the difference between regular and IRC bulbs percentage wise. Like I said, there's much to learn. It's pretty obvious that I'm clueless about this incand flashlight stuff, isn't it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif Maybe I should just stick with Lux light mods. Seems more straight forward.

Yeah, they aren't very bright at their mentioned voltage of 12V, but they can be overdriven like crazy. They didn't even blow at 19.7V. And wow are they white at 19.7V... I wouldn't drive the 64625HLX at more than 16V.
