First off I would like to say hey to all, this is my first post. I just ordered a Surefire G2 after having a hardtime with my huge 3-d cell Maglite. I ordered it black...then changed my mind and had Surefire switch the color to OD green, now heres my question...the website shows the OD almost like a lime green, but other sites its darker? Does anyone have a picture of what it really looks like in real daylight? Also, I saw a picture somewhere on the net of a camo type G2, im thinking Spray Paint? If I dont like the OD after awhile what would be the best spraypaint to mod the shell, im pretty good with changing the color of gear ex. blue to black Motorola T5100, just never painted nitrolon. Thanks in advance guys!

I do not know about nitrolon but with other kinds of plastics you need to use
laquer based paints. The laquer paints
etch the plastic and grip it. Enamels just
form a shell on top. If your paint chips
instead of wearing smoothly try laquer.

Also look at Krylon fusion it's supposed to bond to plastic at the molecular level. I know alot of guys what have used it on Glock frames and mags you cant scratch it off.
