Arc Flashlight LLC Out Of Business ???

I have been away from CPF for a while.

I went to Arc's website to order a few AAAs for gifts.

Their site says they are OUT OF BUSINESS.

What happened?

Is Peter okay?

Any place to buy some new Arc AAAs?
