Foam Donut for the AAA? (adhesive and foam source)

I removed the foam donut form the arc for redo the solder blob with some silver solder.(I flattened it out) The donut is a bit flat too and it keeps falling out. Where do I get a replacement and the glue?

This has been covered several times here. You can use the foam from Dr. Scholls foot pads. The adhiesive is Pressure Sensitive (PSA). You could use some contact cement. It is tricky since not many things stick to silicone.

Ah, thanks. Footpads as in the heel ones? How can I strip off the adhesive? I may go donutless
