Is the CMG Infinity Ultra regulated?

I've seen a few references to the "CMG Infinity Ultra G". What is ther G for? What does it add?

The Ultra G is a government contracted version which CountyComm did. Ultra G is hard annodized and has a government NSN(National Stock Number) and "U.S. Goverment" printed on it.
